Silvia did an spectacular job in organizing our trip and went to great lengths to put a flawless itinerary together for our family vacation. She listened to our requirements and planned accordingly. We were traveling with kids and hence wanted to do only so much in a day. By the end of our trip we felt we saw almost everything and did not feel rushed.
